Goal Focused, Evidence Based Prosthetic Care
We place individual goals at the centre of every prosthetic plan, combining advanced technology with current research to deliver personalised, effective solutions. Our approach is grounded in evidence-based practice and focused on empowering each client to achieve meaningful, functional outcomes
Our Collaborative Referral and Care Process
We work seamlessly with referrers to ensure smooth, transparent, outcome-driven prosthetic journeys:
01
Initial Referral
Referrals are accepted from GPs, podiatrists, physiotherapists and allied health professionals.
02
Assessment & Dialogue
Our team promptly consults with the referrer (and, where possible, the wider treating team) to discuss the patient’s medical history, therapy goals, and unique clinical circumstances.
03
Client Meeting
We engage in a comprehensive, multidisciplinary assessment, involving the client, referrer, and relevant carers, to develop a goal-centered rehabilitation plan.
04
Adaptive Product Selection
As we are not exclusive to any manufacturer, we are positioned to select the most suitable prosthetic technologies and components for each patient’s needs and preferences—maximizing function, comfort, and value.
05
Ongoing Communication
We maintain open, regular communication with referring health professionals throughout the rehabilitation process. Feedback, clinical outcome measures, and progress are shared to ensure coordinated care and optimize long-term results.
Assistive Technology Selection
As an independent provider, we select orthotic and prosthetic technologies and components based solely on each patient’s clinical needs and personal preferences—optimising function, comfort, and overall value.

Communication and Shared Outcomes
Strong partnerships with physiotherapists, occupational therapists, and referring doctors are foundational to our approach. We believe two-way communication—from initial referral to outcome review—ensures the best possible patient experience and maximizes functional independence.
